Doom Patrol Season Two Bows on StarzPlay UK

StarzPlay has launched the second season of the DC superhero series Doom Patrol on the platform in the U.K.

The 15-episode first season of Doom Patrol premiered on StarzPlay UK in January of this year, introducing the group of outcast heroes who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them: Robotman aka Cliff Steele (Brendan Fraser), Negative Man aka Larry Trainor (Matt Bomer), Elasti-Woman aka Rita Farr (April Bowlby) and Crazy Jane (Diane Guerrero), led by modern-day mad scientist Niles Caulder aka The Chief (Timothy Dalton).

In season two, following the defeat of Mr. Nobody, the Doom Patrol members are mini-sized and stranded on Cliff’s toy race car track, where they are dealing with the betrayal of The Chief and confronting their own personal baggage. Ultimately, they must come together to embrace and protect the newest member of the family, Dorothy Spinner (Abigail Shapiro).
