CBC Unveils Wild Cards Stars

CBC’s Wild Cards has cast as its leads Vanessa Morgan (Riverdale) and Giacomo Gianniotti (Grey’s Anatomy, Reign, From Scratch).

Production for the crime-solving procedural with a comedic twist is currently underway. The series, created by Michael Konyves (Bad Blood, Barney’s Version, The Last Knights), follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman.

Wild Cards is currently filming in Vancouver until late fall under the jurisdiction of ACTRA and the WGC in Canada. The series will also be broadcast on The CW Network in the U.S. in 2024.
