Parish joins BBC Studios from World Productions, where she was executive producer and head of development, executive producing Line of Duty season five, co-producing seasons three and four and producing Bodyguard. She begins her new role with BBC Studios in November, reporting to Ralph Lee, director of content, and responsible for the creative strategy and development for BBC Studios drama series and serials, daytime drama and factual drama.

Lee said: “We’re really proud of the wide-range of award-winning dramas we produce from global hits like Doctor Who and Luther to much-loved day time dramas like Shakespeare and Hathaway and Father Brown as well as Our Girl and Clique, which are popular with young audiences. Priscilla is a fantastic creative talent and I’m delighted she is joining BBC Studios Production to drive our ambition in this core genre, where we are seeing strong demand both at home and internationally.”

Parish said: “It is an honor to be joining BBC Studios.
