Kanal D Drama Lands on Panama’s Cable Onda

Kanal D Drama has expanded its presence in Panama through the cable-TV service provider Cable Onda.

A product of a partnership between THEMA, a Canal+ Group company, and Kanal D International, Kanal D Drama offers more than 1,500 hours of Turkish dramas and series. Among the titles in the catalog that will be available to Cable Onda subscribers are Secretos Prohibidos, Tormenta de Pasiones, Honor y Respeto and ¿Qué Culpa Tiene Fatmagul?.

Since launching in 2018, Kanal D Drama has become available in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and Uruguay. THEMA America holds all available digital rights for the channel, including any OTT service or cable, satellite or independent operator system.

Patrick Rivet, CEO of THEMA America, said: “Turkish content has quickly become the favorite of the Latin American audience. This agreement with Cable Onda underscores the great interest of Latin America’s main operators in having a catalog of the best Turkish dramas available in the market. We are confident that Cable Onda subscribers will greatly enjoy the unique content of Kanal D Drama.”
