Viaplay Lines Up First Danish Original

MTG Studios has revealed the Danish drama Pro’s and Con’s as its next original production.

The series, created and written by Thor Bjørn Krebs (Europamestrene) and Mikkel Serup (The Reunion 2: The Funeral), will premiere exclusively on MTG’s Nordic streaming service Viaplay in 2018, followed by the free-TV channel TV3. The drama, Danish title Friheden, will be sold in the international market by STUDIOCANAL.

Pro’s and Con’s stars Lars Ranthe (The Reunion 2: The Funeral) and Lene Maria Christensen (The Legacy) as Erik and Nina, a couple who are leading a quiet life in the Copenhagen suburbs while trying to cover up their dramatic past as Denmark’s most notorious con artists. It’s only a matter of time before they are balancing this new lifestyle with trying to pull off the biggest swindle of them all.
