APC Secures New Sales for English-Language Dramas

APC has secured a raft of sales for three of its English-language scripted series, including the crime drama Obituary.

Obituary, which follows a small-town obituarist who resorts to murder when local work dries up, has sold to ITV in the U.K. and Ireland, BritBox in the Nordics, FreeTV in Israel and Pickbox NOW in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Bulgaria. Bell Media (Canada), RTS (French-speaking Switzerland) and Proximus (Belgium), previously on board for season one, acquired season two.

The thriller Wolf was licensed to AMC Networks’ AMC+ in the U.S. and Canada, HBO Max in French-speaking Europe and Flemish Belgium and RTP in Portugal. The series, based on Mo Hayder’s Jack Caffery books, previously presold to HBO Max in Europe and SBS in Australia.

APC also inked deals for Still Waters with BritBox in the Nordics, RTÉ in Ireland, RÚV in Iceland, RTS in French-speaking Switzerland, Proximus in Belgium and Pickbox NOW in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Bulgaria. The second anthology chapter of The Light in the Hall, it stars Sian Reese-Williams, Mark Lewis Jones, Nia Roberts and Tom Rhys Harries.
