European Alliance Developing Event Series The Kollective

The European Alliance, a joint collaboration of France Télévisions, Rai and ZDF, is working on a new event series: The Kollective.

The Kollective is an investigative series that deals in topics such as the spread of fake news, the attack on European democracy and freedom of the press. It is inspired by the true story of a group of independent journalists who have made investigations on the web their battlefield.

The drama was conceived by Leonardo Fasoli and Maddalena Ravagli (Gomorra La serie, ZeroZeroZero, Non mi lasci, Django, Maltese Il romanzo del commissario) and Femke Wolting (Submarine).

The European Alliance has also launched a new call for projects. The European Alliance is looking for original series, mainly set in Italy, France or Germany, preferably in the adventure, action, family and romance genres and aimed at a generalist, family or young adult audience.
