VIMN The Americas Renews Deals in French-Canadian Market

MIAMI: Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) The Americas has extended its programming agreements involving MTV and Nickelodeon content with a number of French-Canadian broadcasters.

MusiquePlus will continue to air the reality series 16 & PregnantPimp My RidePunk'dTeen MomJersey Shore and Snooki & JWOWW, along with the annual MTV Video Music Awards.

VRAK TV holds on to such animated programming as SpongeBob SquarePants and Fairly Oddparents, as well as the live action shows Big Time RushiCarly and Victorious, and the recently acquired Sam & Cat and The Haunted Hathaways. The network will also broadcast such TV movies as Swindle and Fairly Odd Christmas, among others.

Télé-Québec is keeping the cartoons Dora the Explorer and Go! Diego Go!, while YOOPA has committed to the animated series Team Umizoomi!Bubble Guppies and Kung Fu Panda, to name a few.
