Super Channel Appoints Head of Creative Development

EDMONTON: Super Channel has hired Melissa Kajpust as its head of creative development, effective May 15.

In her new role, Kajpust will work out of Toronto under Malcolm Knox, the president and COO of Super Channel. She will be responsible for managing a team of development execs to invest the network's creative development fund.

Previously, Kajpust served as the director of programming for NSI, where she led the development of all new programs and oversaw the delivery of all NSI courses, among other duties. Earlier in her career, she worked at Super Channel as a creative development representative for Manitoba. She also has experience as a story editor, industry juror and workshop facilitator.
