Shaw Media Offers TV Everywhere with HISTORY Go App

TORONTO: Shaw Media has released HISTORY Go, a new application that allows HISTORY subscribers to access nearly 300 hours of programming anytime, anywhere.

HISTORY Go, which features 250 hours of Canadian content, is now available online as well as on iOS and Android mobile devices. The app offers more than 20 HISTORY series, including Vikings, Yukon Gold, Ice Pilots NWT, Pawn Stars, The Curse of Oak Island, American Restoration and Appalachian Outlaws.

HISTORY Go launches with Shaw, Shaw Direct, Rogers Communications and a number of CCSA distributors. It will be available to TELUS Optik TV and Cogeco Cable Canada subscribers next month. Additional TV service providers are anticipated to follow.
