Production Wraps on Breakthrough’s Latest Horror Feature

TORONTO: Breakthrough Entertainment and 5’7 Films have completed production on their teen horror feature film The Haunted House on Kirby Road.

Written by Adam Rodness and Stu Stone, who head up 5’7 Films, the movie follows six teenagers who set out to debunk an urban legend about a local haunted house. Stone directed the film, which was produced by Rodness. The pair has been working alongside Breakthrough to develop TV series and feature films for three years.

“Both Stu Stone and Adam Rodness possess tremendous creativity and drive, which is reflected in their extensive track record in film and television,” stated Nat Abraham, partner and president of distribution at Breakthrough Entertainment. “We are excited about bringing The Haunted House on Kirby Road into the global marketplace and continuing to develop and produce alongside this dynamic duo.”
