Food, Doc & Scripted Sales for Peace Point Rights

TORONTO: Peace Point Rights has secured several sales, totaling 100-plus hours, for titles such as Bake with Anna Olson from its food, documentary and scripted libraries.

Hotel Hungaria in Belgium picked up the format rights to the food show Food Truck Face Off, while Scripps Networks International (EMEA) signed on for seasons one and two of Bake with Anna Olson and Fresh with Anna Olson. The first season of Bake with Anna Olson was also acquired by Pramer SCA. 

In the documentary category, the feature-length doc Takedown: The DNA of GSP was picked up by iTunes and Xbox in the U.S. 9TV/CNN (the Philippines) and Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific (Central/South Asia, India territory, Pacific Rim territory) snapped up the hour-long documentary In Space: 50 Years of Space Exploration.

Additionally, the scripted feature film Locked In was sold to Wrekin Hill (U.S. and Canada) and MVS Multivision Digital (Latin America and the Caribbean, excluding Brazil). MVS also acquired 7Lives, while Seed Entertainment in Africa inked a deal for the scripted series Signed, Sealed, Delivered and Played, as well as the feature-length TV movie In the Meantime.
