IPSWICH: Bell Media's new streaming service, currently dubbed Project Latte, has secured the exclusive rights for a whole collection of Monty Python content.

Through an exclusive deal with Eagle Rock Entertainment, the soon-to-launch service will feature every episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus, from 1969 to 1974. The collection also includes an array of associated documentaries, specials, live performances, sketch highlights and more, for an additional 25 hours of programming. Project Latte will also be home to the just-released Monty Python Live (mostly): One Down Five to Go, which documents the group's first live performances in three decades this summer at London's O2 Arena.

“Monty Python is one of the world’s greatest television treasures,” said Mike Cosentino, the senior VP of programming at Bell Media. “And with this exclusive, curated collection that can only be found on Project Latte, we are honored to bring Monty Python to generations of new viewers while allowing current fans to rediscover them all over again.”
