Distribution Deals Reached for Bell Media’s New Streaming Service

TORONTO: Bell Media has inked distribution deals for its upcoming on-demand video service, Project Latte, with TELUS, Bell Canada and Bell Aliant.

Through the deal, the Canadian streaming service will be available to TELUS Optik TV, Bell Fibe TV, Bell Aliant FibreOP TV and Bell Satellite TV subscribers at launch, both through set-top boxes as well as mobile devices, the web and smart TVs. The service is set to feature thousands of hours of TV content, including HBO’s entire off-air library. Additional details on the platform, including its final name, will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
