Bell Media and VICE Media have entered into a partnership to bring VICE News Tonight to Canada starting this fall.

The 30-minute news program is set to anchor Much’s new fall schedule Monday through Thursday at 9 p.m., beginning October 16. The news program, which currently airs on HBO in the U.S., will also air on HBO Canada Monday through Thursday at 11 p.m.

“There is simply a DNA match between the millennial-focused Much and VICE News Tonight, and the revitalized fall schedule across Much-branded platforms offers the perfect home for this groundbreaking news program in Canada,” said Mike Cosentino, the president of content and programming at Bell Media.

Ryan Archibald, the president of VICE Canada, added: “Today’s young Canadians are one of the most curious, diverse and globally minded generations ever. They want to see different perspectives that look deep beyond the headlines of the day, and that’s what VICE News Tonight delivers. This deal with Bell Media is a great opportunity to bring our innovative approach to TV news to a young and engaged audience.”
