Attraction Hires VP of English Scripted Content

Attraction has appointed Ian Whitehead as its new VP of English scripted content.

Whitehead, who has produced over 150 hours of scripted television, will begin his new role on January 15. Over the course of his career, Whitehead has worked on several international productions, including Versailles, Fungus the Bogeyman and The Good Sister. He has produced across drama, comedy series, miniseries, feature films and over 50 television movies, earning over 20 nominations, including BAFTA Children’s and Canadian Screen Awards.

Further, Whitehead has collaborated with such broadcasters as the BBC, ITV, Amazon Studios, CBC and ABC and co-produced with several countries, including the U.K., France, New Zealand, Australia, Belgium and South Africa.
