Canada’s CTV Picks Up Roseanne Spin-Off The Conners

CTV has acquired the new family comedy The Conners, a spin-off of this year’s Roseanne revival.

The Conners is scheduled to anchor CTV’s new Tuesday lineup, airing at 8 p.m., to be followed by The Kids Are Alright at 8:30. The show will debut on October 16.

“We’re excited to deliver this exceptional spin-off to Canadians who made an appointment with the Conner family in record numbers earlier this year,” said Mike Cosentino, president of content and programming at Bell Media. “We’re confident this timely addition to the Tuesday night lineup will once again anchor a big comedy hour on the CTV schedule.”
