Youku Tudou Stocks Up on U.S. Series

BEIJING: The Chinese Internet TV outfit Youku Tudou has added 33 American TV dramas and variety shows to its international library so far this year.

This includes, among others, Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars, Revenge, Elementary and Modern Family. There are also edgier titles such as 2 Broke Girls, 666 Park Avenue and Cougar Town. These shows join American Idol and Scandal on the company’s U.S. series roster.
