Seven West Media CFO Resigns

MELBOURNE: Dave Boorman, the chief financial officer of Seven West Media, has announced his resignation, with deputy CFO Warwick Lynch taking over in an acting post.

Lynch moves to acting CFO until an official replacement has been named.

Tim Worner, the CEO of Seven West Media, commented: “It is with regret that I announce the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Dave Boorman. Dave has achieved much in the time he has been with us, executing changes in procurement and the company’s debt structure, as well as assessing our new business strategic options and driving the cost program across our operating businesses. I wish to thank him for the way he has gone about achieving so much, which is with enthusiasm, focus and respect.
