Oz & NZ Sales for Passion Distribution

LONDON: Passion Distribution has inked volume deals with broadcasters in New Zealand and Australia, including Foxtel picking up a package of more than 200 hours of programming.

Australian commercial free-to-air network Seven took on a range of content, including World's Angriest, season two of Prospectors and Man Finds Food. Nine Network acquired the doc My Online Bride as well as Hurricane 360.

Foxtel went for Charlie Luxton's Homes by the Sea and season two of Selling Houses, both for More4. The agreement also includes the doc My Perfect Birth. Australia's ABC purchased a selection of docs, among them Britain's Poshest Nannies, The Batman Shootings, Captive for 18 Years and Superstorm Sandy: Caught on Camera. SBS opted for the factual entertainment series Air Pressure.

In the way of comedy, Passion sold season two of Derek to BBC Worldwide Australia and Life's Too Short and a companion special to Comedy Central in New Zealand.

New Zealand's TVNZ acquired several titles, including All Creatures Great and Stuffed, season two of Hotel of Mum and Dad and the brand-new series World's Worst. The NZ lifestyle network Living licensed season two of Selling Houses and season eight of Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is, along with James Martin's Mediterranean.
