nowTV Scores EURO 2016 Rights for HK

BALI/HONG KONG: Hong Kong’s leading pay-TV platform, now TV, has landed the broadcast rights for UEFA EURO 2016 matches.

The service, owned by PCCW, has secured the non-exclusive rights to screen all 51 matches in HD in Hong Kong in a deal with MP & Silva.

“The addition of UEFA EURO 2016 further demonstrates now TV as the ‘Home of Sports’ in Hong Kong,” said Loke Kheng Tham, PCCW’s executive VP of pay TV. “We will continue to bring the world’s best sports actions to our customers.”

The EURO 2016 tournament kicks off June 10 in France with 24 national teams vying for the championship.
