Netflix Inks Pact with Hong Kong’s now TV

HONG KONG: Pay-TV and OTT service provider now TV has signed a deal with Netflix to deliver the streaming giant’s content in Hong Kong via all-in-one IPTV/OTT set-top boxes.

The partnership, which also includes the “now one” 4K appliance, is due to take effect in the second quarter of 2016. Customers of now TV with a Netflix membership will be able to watch Netflix original series such as Master of None, Marvel’s Daredevil, Marvel’s Jessica Jones and Orange Is the New Black, along with a wide variety of documentaries and feature films.

now TV is delivered in Hong Kong by PCCW Media Limited, the multimedia and entertainment subsidiary of PCCW Limited.
