MUMBAI: Indian content sales agency GoQuest Media Ventures has licensed the family drama series Strange Love to a pay-TV channel in Nigeria.

My TV picked up the series after successfully airing another drama from GoQuest, Bade Achhe Lagte Hai. It will premiere the show later this month.

"Television networks in Nigeria have shown increasing confidence in Indian content," said Vivek Lath, managing director of the distribution company, which licenses films and series across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe. "We are confident that we will be able to make Indian content a staple for audiences in Nigeria.”
