Fight Sports Network Appoints New MD

SINGAPORE: CSI Sports' Fight Sports Network has named Adam Zecha as its new managing director for Asia Pacific.

Zecha used to hold the title of head of sales at ESPN Star Sports/Fox International Channels Southeast Asia. While working for ESPN Star Sports, he led the strategy, development, launch and distribution of several new services, including ESPNEWS, ESPN HD, ESPN Player and mobile ESPN live streaming in 2009 and 2010. He also helped establish partnerships throughout the region to score English Premier League rights from 2007 to 2013.

Richard Miele, co-CEO of CSI Sports, remarked: "We are pleased and excited to welcome Adam on board to lead our company's growth in Asia at a time when Fight Sports has reached new heights in popularity and mainstream demand."
