Asian Academy Creative Awards Announces New Broadcast Partnerships

The Asian Academy Creative Awards has sealed a range of broadcast deals for its 2019 Grand Awards and Gala Finals, taking place in Singapore December 5 and 6.

Streaming platform HOOQ will carry the awards in Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines, and exclusively in Indonesia. E! Entertainment channel will deliver red carpet coverage across the region. The terrestrial channel ViuTVsix in Hong Kong will broadcast the Grand Awards and Gala Awards Final. Live coverage will be available in Singapore on Mediacorp’s digital platform Toggle and in Malaysia on Media Prima’s tonton. The awards will also be streamed in Vietnam on BHD’s Danet.

Oli Pettigrew is returning as host of the awards. The 2019 Grand Awards will take place at Singapore’s iconic Victoria Theatre.

The Asian Academy Creative Awards take place during IMDA’s Singapore Media Festival. The awards have attracted entries from 16 markets, including India, Malaysia, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore.
