SINGAPORE: Scripps Networks' Asian Food Channel (AFC) has unveiled its plans for the upcoming AFC Foodie Face-Off, a Christmas-themed cooking competition in Singapore.

Contestants can post images of their favorite home-made dishes on AFC's Facebook page from October 24 to November 21. A group of judges will select 20 finalists from the top 50 submissions voted by friends and family. The finalists will then compete for the chance to win cash prizes and merchandise in a public cook-off, which will be held at ToTT Cooking Studio on Sunday, December 1. The dishes will be judged by Emmanuel Stroobant, an AFC celebrity chef, and Clarence Chong, a ToTT executive chef.

The Singapore event follows on the success of the AFC Foodie Face-Off that occurred in Malaysia earlier this year. It is created in partnership with SCS, ToTT and Nikon Singapore, and is supported by Wine & Dine magazine and StarHub Singapore.
