TV5MONDE Pacifique Rolls Out on Hulu Japan

HJ Holdings, which operates Hulu in Japan, has launched TV5MONDE Pacifique via Hulu’s live TV offering in the region.

The general-entertainment channel will bring a variety of French programs to Hulu’s lineup, from drama and kids’ series to documentaries, lifestyle magazines and live sporting events. The launch coincided with the debut of the 2020/21 season of Ligue 1.

In addition to the live streaming channels, Hulu’s online video streaming service counts more than 60,000 titles in its catalog. TV5MONDE Pacifique, which is also available in Japan on J:COM, Hikari TV and other cable operators, will be available across Hulu’s multiplatform system.
