TV5MONDE USA to Air French Open

LOS ANGELES: TV5MONDE USA has locked in a deal with the Tennis Channel for the French-language broadcast rights for the 2009 French Open, running May 24 through June 4.

TV5MONDE USA will broadcast four hours of coverage daily, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This includes two matches per day from the famed Paris’ Rolland Garros courts. The event is one of four major professional tennis tours. 

The French Open cover will air on TV5MONDE USA, a French-language U.S. channel, alongside a mix of films, documentaries, event coverage and international news shows.
