TV Globo & PFC Boost U.S. Presence

SÃO PAULO: TV Global Internacional and PFC are getting expanded distribution in the U.S. through Bright House Network, part of the Time Warner Cable group.

Bright House Network, which used to air the channels’ programming in Tampa Bay, will also broadcast to the central regions of Florida, including Orlando. The channels’ programming, offered 24 hours a day, includes coverage of Carnaval, as well as telenovelas and news. TV Globo Internacional subscribers will also be able to follow PFC, the channel showing 24 hours of Brazilian football, with more than 600 live games a year from the main regional and national championships.
