Time Warner, RTL Group Reportedly Eyeing TVN Buy

NEW YORK: Time Warner has reportedly thrown its hat in the ring for the potential purchase of a majority stake in Poland’s TVN.

ITI Holdings is reportedly selling its entire 56-percent share in TVN. Markus Tellenbach, TVN’s CEO, is said to have met with representatives of Time Warner last week about its purchase of the shares.

It has also been said that RTL Group is interested in TVN.
