The N to Begin Production on Season Three of Teen Surf Drama

NEW YORK, February 6: The N, the nighttime network for
teens, has begun production this week in Makaha, Hawaii, on 14 new half-hour
episodes for the third season of its hit teen surf drama Beyond the Break, scheduled to premiere in early 2008.

Beyond the Break was
the first series to go into production under the September 2004 multi-series
production and development deal inked between MarVista Entertainment, Brookwell
McNamara Entertainment (BME) and
The N. MarVista distributes Beyond the Break around the world.

The series is centered on four women from diverse
backgrounds who pursue their dreams of becoming professional surfers. The cast
features David Chokachi (Baywatch, Witchblade), Tiffany Hines (Heroes, Grey's Anatomy), Natalie Ramsey (Cruel Intentions 3, Pleasantville), Suzie Pollard (Hack),
Ross Thomas (American Pie 5: The Naked Mile, Cutting Edge 2), Michael Copon (One Tree Hill), Jason Tam (Broadway's A Chorus Line) and Sonya Balmores. Michael D. Jacobs, Fernando
Szew, David Brookwell, Sean McNamara and Matt Dearborn are executive producers
of the series.
