Terranoa Takes On New Title

PARIS: Terranoa has entered into an exclusive pact with the indie producer FL concepts&co for Frederic Lepage’s new international co-production Back from the Brink.

The six-part series is co-produced with France 5, Grifta Filmes – Gullane in Brazil and High Fidelity HDTV in Canada. Back from the Brink, to be delivered in October 2012, follows the fate of six rarely seen species that have already been saved from extinction once and are under a new threat to go extinct. The program was shot on five continents.

Terranoa is launching the show at MIPCOM for presales. The company is also presented the hour-long Rex Fungi, spotlighting the latest research and development from the scientific community about the uses for mushrooms.

Bolstering its sales efforts, Terranoa has hired Laetitia Giansily-Doyle, previously a senior sales executive with Europe Images International, as its new international sales manager.
