Televix Takes on Care Bears

NEW YORK: American Greetings Properties has named Televix Entertainment as the exclusive distributor of the Care Bears entertainment library for free TV and DVD in Latin America.

The deal includes 52 episodes of the series Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-Lot, five Care Bears full-length movies and the Care Bears classic animated program. The property first hit the market on greeting cards and as plush toys in 1982. The franchise has expanded and the brand was relaunched in 2002.
