The 15 projects selected to be presented during the Series Mania Forum’s Co-Pro Pitching Sessions at the 2020 Series Mania Festival have been announced.

The Series Mania Festival—taking place March 20 to 28, 2020—has opened its call for series, while the industry arm of the Festival, the Series Mania Forum—set for March 25 to 27, 2020—has put out a call for projects.

The Series Mania Festival saw gains in public and professional attendance, media attention and celebration of its programming during its second year in Lille, France.

The Series Mania Festival, which will hold its closing night ceremony on Saturday, March 30, boasted the attendance of 2,700 industry professionals at its Series Mania Forum.

As part of the Series Mania Forum, General Director Laurence Herszberg held a signing for the 5050x2020 charter, which aims to ensure equality and diversity in cinema, audiovisual and animation festivals.

Series Mania Forum kicked off yesterday offering pitching sessions, panel discussions, one-on-one conversations with industry leaders and, of course, the event’s signature feature, ample opportunities for producers, writers and executives to meet and discuss projects in development.

The Series Mania Forum is set to hold an all-new Virtual Reality (VR) Co-Production Initiative at the festival at Lille Grand Palais later this month.

Laurence Herszberg, founder and general director of Series Mania, has revealed the 16 projects selected to be pitched during the Series Mania Forum professional event at next month's festival.
