Studio100 Consolidates German Divisions

MUNICH: Studio100 has formally merged its EM.Entertainment and Junior.TV subsidiaries, acquired from EM.Sport Media (now Constantin Media) last year, with its Studio100 Media division.

Since April 19, the three companies have been trading under the name of Studio100 Media GmbH. The company develops and acquires new formats, participates in co-productions and is also responsible for the worldwide distribution of the Studio100 rights portfolio, as well as third-party programming. "Our company produces and markets top-class, non-violent and above all highly entertaining formats," said Patrick Elmendorff, the managing director of Studio100 Media. "The key element of our success is clearly the popularity of our program brands."
