Studio TF1 America Taps Paramount Alum for Global Strategy

Studio TF1 America has appointed Meghan Hooper White, previously executive VP and head of original movies and limited series at Paramount Global’s MTV Entertainment Group, as executive VP of global strategy and co-productions.

In her new role, Hooper White will lead the strategic expansion of the newly rebranded company, driving growth across international markets. Her focus will be on developing new business opportunities in the global series and co-production, including strengthening key partnerships such as the company’s collaboration with TF1.

Hooper White joins from MTV Entertainment Group, where she launched and led a stand-alone division focused on IP and franchise-building. Under her leadership, the team developed a slate of over 30 movies and limited series in just one year and secured partnerships with talent such as Idris Elba, Regina Hall, Eva Longoria and Priyanka Chopra Jonas.

Prior to that, Hooper White was senior VP of original movies, co-productions and acquisitions at A+E Global Media’s Lifetime Networks, where she built a catalog of over 500 movies, spearheaded the It’s a Wonderful Lifetime slate and oversaw award-winning projects starring Will Ferrell, Kristen Wiig, Viola Davis, Saoirse Ronan and Kevin Bacon.
