Studio Lambert has promoted three members of its senior team, including Tim Harcourt, who now becomes chief creative officer.

Harcourt has been creative director since 2014 and has been responsible for many of the company’s hit shows, including Race Across the World for BBC and The Circle for Netflix.

Mike Cotton has been upped to creative director for unscripted, and Maddie Sinclair has been named creative director for scripted.

Cotton, who has been serving as deputy creative director, oversees both The Traitors for BBC and NBC’s Peacock and Gogglebox for Channel 4.

Sinclair is executive producing Studio Lambert’s new comedy drama series Boarders for the BBC alongside Sue Hogg and creator/writer Daniel Lawrence Taylor.

Hogg founded Studio Lambert’s drama department in 2015. She has made the decision to step back from her full-time role as head of drama to concentrate on individual projects. She will remain as a creative consultant.

“Tim is an outstanding creative leader and has been my partner in the business since 2020,” said Stephen Lambert, CEO of Studio Lambert. “He and I are delighted Mike and Maddie are taking on creative director roles, something which reflects the responsibility and creative work they have been doing for some time now. We are also very grateful to Sue for establishing us as a producer of high-quality drama programs, and we are very glad she will continue her relationship with our company.”
