NEW YORK: American Greetings Properties (AGP) and international licensing agent CPLG France have renewed three Strawberry Shortcake product licensees in France.

The renewed roster of partners features Hemma Editions, which will create coloring and activity books, notebooks, sticker books and accessories; Leomil, which will provide athletic shoes, boots, sandals and slippers; and Plastorex, which will market baby products such as bibs, bowls, cutlery, utensils, infant baths, plates, sippy cups, toilet trainers and tumblers. The Strawberry Shortcake character debuted in 1980 as a line of social expressions, toys, videos, games, crafts and books.

“We are very happy to be extending our relationship with Plastorex, Leomil and Hemma Editions,” said Carla Silva, the VP of global licensing at American Greetings Properties. “France continues to be a major focus for Strawberry Shortcake and we are proud to provide her fans with more exciting new products through these great licensees.”
