Onza Distribution is highlighting a diverse slate that includes the comedy Traffic Jam, the telenovela Heart Keeper and the doc Iberia & Savannah: One Wildlife.

Traffic Jam’s second season recently landed on Prime Video Spain “as the most watched series on the platform,” says Erika Gómez, head of sales. “Probably the greatest feature of Traffic Jam is its universality. Every culture in the world can identify with a traffic jam. In addition to its gripping plots that have made it Prime Video Spain’s most-watched series, the production design behind the series is awakening an overwhelming interest for international adaptation. I’m sure we will see adaptations of Traffic Jam outside of Spain very soon.”

The telenovela Heart Keeper follows Mariana as she returns home to protect her mother, facing rekindled love, a manipulative foe and buried secrets. “Heart Keeper bears the TVI hallmark of quality,” Gómez says. “Our clients are used to the ratings success generated by the telenovelas in our catalog. This new title also features Cacao‘s protagonist Matilde Reymao. This bestselling telenovela has been sold to more than 72 countries.”

On the documentary front, Iberia & Savannah: One Wildlife dives into the ecosystems of Europe’s Dehesa and Africa’s Savannah. It premieres on RTVE this year. “it is blue-chip wildlife,” Gómez says. “In this impressive documentary, we compare the Iberian Peninsula and the African Savannah, following two cubs (an Iberian lynx and a leopard) to adulthood.”

Gómez adds: “Our commitment at Onza Distribution is to continue working to offer the best and most varied quality content for our customers. We hope to connect with new buyers and producers who want to work with us. We also hope to meet again with our regular clients to keep up to date with their programming needs.”
