Sony Titles Headed to Nordic Territories

STOCKHOLM: Sony Pictures Television has licensed a package of 70 films to NonStop Television, a Turner Broadcasting company, for the TNT7 and Showtime channels in the Nordic region.

The deal includes movies such as Mary Shelly’s Frankenstein, starring Robert De Niro and Helena Bonham Carter; A League of Their Own, featuring Tom Hanks, Geena Davis and Madonna; Gattaca, with Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman; and Peggy Sue Got Married, with Nicholas Cage and Kathleen Turner. The first of the Sony titles will launch on TNT7 and Showtime this spring.
