Revenues Up 47 Percent at Liberty Global

DENVER, November 9: Liberty Global has delivered third-quarter
revenues of $1.62 billion, a 47-percent gain, posting a net profit of $445
million, compared with last year’s net loss of $128 million.

The company had approximately 18.25 million total revenue
generating units at September 30, 2006, with a net increase of 357,000. By
product, there were 175,400 new high-speed Internet subscribers, 142,100 new
telephony subscribers, and 39,100 net new video subscribers. Organic broadband
Internet and telephony subscriber growth in the quarter increased 26 percent
and 41 percent, respectively. Broadband Internet penetration now exceeds 27
percent in Chile, 21 percent in Europe, and 12 percent in Japan.

For the quarter ARPU at UPC Broadband was 20.29 euros, a 7.7
percent gain. J:COM generated ARPU of 7,520 yen ($64.67) a 2.3 percent growth.
At VTR in Chile, ARPU rose 6.5 percent to CLP 23,900 ($44.33).
