Renewals from NBC for Trio of Alternative Series

UNIVERSAL CITY: NBC has picked up new seasons of The Biggest Loser, Who Do You Think You Are? and The Sing-Off for the 2011-12 season.

The tenth season of The Biggest Loser averaged a 3.1 rating, 8 share in adults 18 to 49, with 8.3 million viewers overall this fall. The Biggest Loser 11 is currently averaging a 3.3 rating, 9 share in adults 18 to 49, with 9.0 million viewers overall so far. Season two of Who Do You Think You Are?, currently airing, is averaging a 1.4 rating, 5 share in adults 18 to 49 and 7.0 million viewers overall in its first two weeks. This season’s cycled of the singing competition The Sing-Off averaged a 3.2 rating, 8 share with the 18-to-49 demo and 9.2 million viewers overall. This was up 28 percent on the prior season.
