Record Attendance for DISCOP

LOS ANGELES/PARIS, July 6: Attendance to DISCOP this year
was up by 38 percent, the organizers have announced, with a total of 1,522
participants, including 901 Central and Eastern European buyers.

The event also attracted a record 530 television content
sales executives, representing 383 companies from 41 countries. The inaugural
DISCOPRO, a daylong conference and networking event dedicated to co-production
opportunities in the region, welcomed 97 participants and 27 speakers. With its
first-year success, the program will become an annual precursor to kick off
DISCOP.

DISCOP returns to Hungary in 2008 from June 18 to 20 at the
Sofitel Atrium Hotel in Budapest, where the event will expand its exhibition
space to include a sixth floor.
