Promotions within USA Network

NEW YORK: USA Network has promoted Vida Bauer to VP of program and production operations and administration, and Rebecca Rhodes to VP of program scheduling.

Bauer started at USA in 1988 and joined the department in 2001. She previously held the senior director of program and production operations and administration position. She oversees key aspects for all USA, Sleuth and Universal HD original and acquired programming, among other responsibilities. She is part of USA’s strategic scheduling team, manages department overhead and production budgets and supervises the network’s PSAs. She also serves as the department’s liaison with the Networks Operations Center.

Rhodes joined the network in 1999 as a logger/librarian for the US Open Championship. She was named manager of program scheduling in 2003 and her most recent position was senior director of program scheduling. She will continue to supervise the department, manage the Compass system, assist with long-term planning and supervise Sleuth and Universal HD. She is in charge of movie and series scheduling and acts as the liaison with ad sales and marketing.
