Preschool Show to Begin Airing on CBeebies

LONDON, July 2: The
preschool show Big and Small
will begin airing in the fall on the BBC’s digital channel CBeebies.

The series, designed to
appeal to 3- to 6-year-olds, features two best friends, Big and Small, as they
try to live together in a chaotic house and garden. Big and Small is a co-production between Kindle Entertainment
and the 3J’s Productions and is produced in association with Treehouse in
Canada.

Michael Carrington, the
controller of CBeebies, said: “I can barely contain my excitement at bringing
this brand new series to the BBC’s youngest audiences. The idea is compelling,
the scripts well crafted, and Big and Small are hilarious—it’s bound to
be a winner!”
