PorchLight Bulks Up Offerings

LOS ANGELES, October 9: PorchLight Entertainment has
acquired two new projects, Fireball and Global
Kids Show, for its catalogue, which also
includes A Martian Christmas.

Global Kids Show,
from Sean and Allison Cody, features
kids from around the world showcasing various cultures, while Fireball, produced by Front Street Films, follows a fearless fire inspector as she investigates
a prison. BetaFilm has signed on as the European distribution partner for Fireball.

Co-produced by PorchLight and Anima Estuios in Mexico, A
Martian Christmas is a holiday story about
a boy who is caught in an intergalactic race to save Christmas and Earth.

Other projects PorchLight is taking to MIPCOM include Tutenstein:
Clash of the Titans, The Princess
and the Pea Chronicles, Together
Again for the First Time, Beary
Boo, the latest installment of Spooky
Bats and Scaredy Cats and Welcome
to Paradise. Also on offer are The
Light Before Christmas, War Child
and Running the Sahara.
