Nordic Sales for Cineflix

LONDON: Some 230 hours of programming from Cineflix International Distribution are headed to broadcasters across Nordic territories via a raft of new agreements.

In Denmark, Cold Blood was picked up by Viasat Broadcasting. Viasat also took on Princess and Property Virgins. DR-Danish Broadcasting Corporation went for Mayday: Science of Disaster and Industrious.

TV4 scooped up three Cineflix titles to air in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The package included Animal Squad, ICU: A Matter of Life or Death and Surf Patrol. Also headed to Sweden is the sixth season of Border Security, which was picked up by Kanal 5. Border Security scored a further deal with Norway’s TV Norge.

In Finland, MTV Oy and Channel 4 bagged seven titles. Air Dogs is set to air on MTV Oy, along with Conviction Kitchen and The Cupcake Girls. Channel 4 took Dinner Party Wars and The Opener. Season one of The Opener also secured a multi-territory deal with TLC in Scandinavia.

TV2 Norway also went for Conviction Kitchen. NRK Norway snapped up Manson.
