Nickelodeon to Debut The Naked Brothers Band TV Movie

NEW YORK, September 20:
Nickelodeon’s hit live-action comedy series The Naked Brothers Band, will roll out its first one-hour TV movie, Battle
of the Bands
, premiering October 6
at 8 p.m. and repeating October 7 at 7 p.m.

, band leaders and brothers
Nat Wolff and Alex Wolff, vie in an unspoken competition for band supremacy and
the heart of a girl. Inspired by the Wolff siblings' real-life, preschool-born
band, The Naked Brothers Band series
delivered Nickelodeon’s highest-rated premiere in seven years with kids aged 6
to 11, and continues to be a multiplatform success. The second season is
currently in production and will premiere on the network in January 2008. The
series recently made its international debut, premiering on Nick UK in May, and
will continue to roll out across Nickelodeon's 28 international channels
including Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Beginning October 1, the
stars of the series will be featured prominently on-air leading up to the Battle
of the Bands
premiere. On October
6, the cast members will host the debut of the highly anticipated TV movie,
followed by an encore presentation of The Naked Brothers Band first-ever music video “If That's Not Love” and the
"Behind the Scenes of the Music Video," which premiered globally on
September 3. Also on October 6, kids around the country can enter to win The
Naked Brothers All Access Sweepstakes, which will land them a walk-on roll in a
future episode and lunch with the cast and crew, by calling the toll-free
number that will appear on screen. A winner will be announced the following day
when the two stars host TEENick’s two-hour programming block from 7 to 9 p.m.,
featuring a repeat of the Battle of the Bands.

Following the TV movie
premiere, Nick Music and Columbia Records will release the band's debut album,
“The Naked Brothers Band,” on Tuesday, October 9. The CD includes 15 original
songs from the series, with all music written and performed by Nat Wolff and
Alex Wolff.
