New Talent Search to Launch on Telemundo

MIAMI, August 17: On August 26, Telemundo will launch the
new youth competition Quinceañera for
talented 15-year-old girls.

The show gives a young girl a chance celebrate her 15th
birthday with an unforgettable party, and grooms her to become an artist. The
series will chronicle 10 contestants battling in song and dance competitions,
while their mothers oversee wardrobe, makeup, song choice and choreography.

The show will also have a panel of four judges: Héctor
Martínez, a music producer and former EMI executive; Irma "Mimi"
Hernández, ex-member of the music group Flans; Ana María Polo, host of the
Telemundo show Caso Cerrado, and
television journalist Mario Lafontaine.
