New Site for Twentieth Century Fox TV Distribution

LOS ANGELES: Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution has unveiled a new website for its clients ahead of the L.A. Screenings, with the revamped FoxFast.com delivering show information, marketing and publicity materials and video.

Replacing the previous FoxFast.com on May 4, the new destination combines three previous websites: the FoxNow.com product catalogue, the FoxFast.com marketing support destination (launched in 1999) and the FoxScreening.com video resource. Clients can now, in one destination, research the Fox film and TV series catalogues, find and download marketing and publicity assets and view product and promo video. Plus, the downloading of broadcast quality digital files via the website is rolling out now for current season television series, with current and library feature film digital delivery coming in 2010.

“We’ve continually grown our use of the Internet and technology to provide immediate and comprehensive support for our clients,” said Mark Kaner, the president of Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution. “First came FoxFast, then FoxNow, and most recently our Fox Screening Room. With this new FoxFast, we’ve created what we call the ‘one front door’—one comprehensive place that takes advantage of the latest technology and taps into all resources of Twentieth Century Fox to give our clients as much as we can, as fast as we can. And this site now becomes our portal to deliver digital broadcast files as we’re quickly transitioning from physical tape delivery to digital delivery for both TV series and feature film.”
